Inspired By Indigo Boutique

Way down at the bottom of the boot lives the small (but thriving) little town of Houma, Louisiana. Born and raised there, it’s the place I like to call home and it’s also the home of a very fashion forward clothing store, Indigo Boutique. Victoria Giglio, owner and founder of Indigo Boutique, is a long time friend of mine and was actually my first boss. I worked at Indigo while in high school and even participated in some of her fashion shows, photo shoots, and business trips (or so we called them)! I dug up some old pics just for old times sake and yikes where the heck did the time go?! Sadly those days are long gone, so when the opportunity to work with Indigo came up I jumped right on it!

Victoria came to WebStruck Media in hopes that we could help give her old ecommerce site some new love! You might say, “What the heck is e-commerce?” Let me just catch you up. The term ecommerce stands for electronic commerce and is defined as the trading of products or services using computer networks, such as the Internet. Over the last few years, ecommerce has exploded in popularity and technology. It is just as easy, if not easier to hop on your computer and do your shopping rather than visiting the actual store. Victoria wanted to give her current and prospective customers the opportunity to do just that. She specifically wanted a clean layout, clear structure, with fresh, cool colors that gave her customers an easy and fun online shopping experience.

As always, Victoria was a breeze to work with and her store now allows you to shop the latest range of dresses, t-shirts, jeans, accessories, shoes, and more! I must admit… I practiced lots of self-control during the design of this site. Clearly because every item I added to the online store would look great hanging in my closet! I am very excited and pleased with how this site turned out and I wish the best for Victoria and the girls at Indigo.

Staying fresh can be a full-time job, but it is vital to online marketing success. This site is fresh to say the lest, and they are adding new merchandise to it daily. Check them out, because whoever said money can’t buy happiness simply did not know where to go shopping!
